Tuesday Surprise

We've had so much to share with you lately that this week's Saturday Surprise has been pushed to Tuesday. I live near Washington, DC, and usually by April we’re well into spring here. This year’s weather has been so unusual that we’ve only just passed the period where each new day could find us in winter coats or short sleeves. But even if the weather isn’t reassuring me that summer is imminent, this week my neighborhood experienced another sign: our first visit from the ice cream truck. In honor of the occasion (and as a reminder that sooner or later it will be hot and sunny outside), I made you this summery photo cluster using one of Lyndsay’s older kits, Cool Summer. Both word art variations are in the zip.

Download here.

Cool Summer is here.

Psst…If you scroll waaaay back through the freebies category on the blog, you just might find a Cool Summer add-on to snag. Two freebies for the price of one! [Your choice of eye roll or head shake here.]

Happy scrapping!

Very cute frames thanks! I too live near DC. (N. VA) and the weather has driven me crazy! My kids jeans are too short and I refuse to buy new because I keep thinking they will be wearing shorts on a daily basis soon and won't need the jeans. Now I'm on spring break in Michigan and it is freezing up here, so perhaps when I return the normal spring weather will return as well. Thanks again!
