Super Sweet Layout Share!

So I was browsing the gallery at DSA tonight and got a little thrill (as I always do when I see someone has used my stuff! Seriously...if you use my stuff, I wanna see! Email me! PM me! Post here on my blog!). I saw that someone had used one of my SYTYCD contest kits to scrap a layout! And well, I thought it might be nice to share with you all this fabulous layout! :)

Not everything from this layout is from my Recycled! kit, you can see all the credits when you view the layout at DSA.

Check it out, click on the layout to go to DSA and leave the artist, EHStudios, some love!

Big thanks to EHStudios for thinking enough of my kit to use it to scrap her photo!

SYTYCD Week 4...Links are updated

I had some issues with the first file sharing site I was using, so I have re-uploaded everything to 4shared, and updated the links at DSA.

Sorry to those of you who don't (or can't) use 4shared. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to get in touch with me!

Click HERE to go to DSA to download via the new links.

So You Think You Can Design Week 4

Here is my kit for Week 4 of the SYTYCD contest! We had to create a holiday kit - I chose Earth Day!

I had a lot of fun with this one - my kitchen is now a mess of cut-up cereal boxes, papers with doodles all over them and corrugated cardboard, but it was fun! I tried to keep with an organic, recycled feel for this kit, so I used things like newspaper textures, hemp, corrugated cardboard and cereal boxes.

Click HERE or on the image to hop over to DSA to download!

Make sure to leave me some love at DSA if you have time to hop over there! :)

SYTYCD Week 3 Entry!

I'm finished my entry for Week 3 of the SYTYCD contest!

This week, we were challenged to create a kit inspired by a Beatles song. If you know me, you know that I LOVE the Beatles, so this was a fun challenge for me!

I chose the song "Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite" from the Sgt. Pepper album. It has a funky circus/carnival sound, and John Lennon was inspired to write it after he purchased a vintage circus poster.

Here is my entry for this week:

Click here, or on the image to go to DSA to download this fun kit FOR FREE! If you do, please leave me some love as it counts towards judging!

Here is a layout I did using this fun freebie! Everything is from "Mr. Kite," except the template was created by Chrissy W. from Elemental Scraps.

So You Think You Can Design Week 2

Here is my entry for the SYTYCD Contest, Week 2.

Our challenge this week was to create a Project 365 Kit. It was quite the challenge, let me tell you!

When I sat down to get started on this, I tried to pick colours I would use myself if I was scrapping a week of "everyday" photos. I tried to keep it mostly neutral but had to toss a couple of colours in there, too. :) I also tossed in a bit of my slightly messy handwriting (lucky you!!) LOL

Click HERE or on the image to visit DSA to download this (and many other!) FREEBIE! Leave me some love if you do, comments count towards judging!
